Changelog - August 2026

  • Returns and Exchanges

Control how product tags filter Advanced Exchange options

A new Match All Tags toggle on Advanced Exchange automations lets you choose AND or OR logic when filtering exchange products by tag.

When you configure an Advanced Exchange automation and select product tags, you can now choose whether customers are offered products that match any one of those tags or every one of them. Enable the Match All Tags toggle to use AND logic, keeping the toggle off uses OR logic and offers products with at least one matching tag.

  • Customer Portal

Set different order edit windows by day and time

Create day-and-time overrides for your order edit window so different windows apply on weekends, evenings, or other recurring periods.

You can now create overrides inside the Edit Window card on your Order Editing settings page. Each override lets you pick specific days of the week, a time-of-day range, a timezone, and an edit window duration. The first override an order matches applies; orders that match none fall back to the Default Window you set above it.

This is useful when your team needs tighter or looser edit windows on evenings, weekends, or other recurring periods. You can add, edit, and remove overrides at any time from the same settings card.

  • Shipping & Delivery

Control order tracking from a dedicated Settings page

Turn order tracking on or off and view your tracking data source from the new Settings > Tracking page in Corso Admin.

You can now turn order tracking on or off for your store directly from Settings > Tracking in the Corso Admin. When tracking is off, the tracking section is hidden from the customer portal Order Hub.

The page also lets you view your current Order Fulfillment Tracking Source, which controls whether Corso or Shopify Fulfillment Events power the tracking data sent to Klaviyo and other third-party providers. Contact Corso support to change the tracking source.

  • Returns and Exchanges

Generate a return label the moment you create a return or warranty claim

Turn on Quick Ship while creating a return or warranty claim to get a return label generated automatically at the cheapest rate.

You can now generate a return label in the same step as creating a return or warranty claim in the Corso Admin. When the Quick Ship option is available, a toggle appears on the claim create form. Turn it on before submitting and Corso will immediately request a label from your default shipping provider, selecting the cheapest postage rate.

If the label request fails for any reason, the claim is still created successfully. A notification explains what went wrong so you can generate the label from the Shipments card on the claim detail page instead.
