Shipping Claims are now visible in the Corso merchant admin for merchants who are offering Shipping & Delivery by Corso. You can view the details of the claim, customer information and messages between the customer and the Corso team making easy to manage all your claims in one place.

Fee Settings Moved to Apply or Waive a Fee Automation
Previously merchants would set a 'Refund Handling Fee' and a 'Deduct Shipping Cost from Refund Total' in the Returns Settings. Now you can set fees by simply using the 'Apply or Waive A Fee' automation to apply or waive fees as needed.

Offer Customers an Instant Exchange
Instant Exchanges gives the customer the option to enter their card information as a way to pre-authorize payment and immediately process the return rather than having to wait for the merchant to approve the return. The pre-authorization is only charged in the case that the customer doesn't ship the item back within the required time window.
