Cancel a Claim in Merchant Admin
Merchants can cancel a claim in order to clear it out of the list of claims they need to resolve (i.e. customer doesn't return the item, no response from customer, etc). Canceling the claim marks it as completed, however a customer can create another claim for that order as long as they are within the allotted window.

Claim Timeline Comments
Corso Users can now add their own comments to the claim timeline. This is useful for notes and communication between team members in order to manage claims as effectively as possible.

Custom Fields & Modify What Information is Collected Automation
New ability to create customer fields in order to collect specific information needed to qualify and process a claim. These custom fields can be used with our new 'Modify What Information is Collected' automation to determine who receives these custom field questions and when they will receive them.

Download Shipping Label or Packing Slip
If the claim is created and the customers gets either a shipping label or a packing slip, the merchant can now download those directly from the claim in the merchant admin if needed.

If the customer needs to update their information after a claim is already submitted, the merchant can do that directly in the claim. They can update customer name, address, phone number and email.
