Global-e Integration

Global-e runs your international checkout. Corso runs returns, warranties, and shipping protection, with cross-border labels issued through Global-e.

Global-e

International Returns, Without The International Headache.

Global-e runs your international checkout. Corso runs your returns, warranties, and shipping protection. Now cross-border claims start in your branded Corso portal and ship back through Global-e.

How It Works

  1. Shopper starts a return in your portal. They look up their order and pick what's going back. Same branded experience as a domestic return.
  2. Corso recognizes the Global-e order. Corso applies your Global-e return policy and asks Global-e for the destination and label.
  3. Global-e issues the label. Global-e issues the label for the lowest-cost method, priced in the shopper's currency. It lands in your portal as a PDF or QR code.
  4. Corso tracks it to resolution. In-transit and delivered scans trigger your usual refund, store credit, and warranty replacement automations.

Why It Matters

  • No wrong-carrier returns. Corso never guesses a carrier or address for a Global-e order. Global-e decides.
  • Lowest cost, every time. When Global-e offers several methods, Corso picks the cheapest. That includes EU withdrawal returns.
  • Replacements that ship. Warranty replacements, exchanges, and shipping protection reorders flow straight to Global-e for fulfillment.
  • One workflow for your team. International claims sit in the same queue. Quick Ship creates a Global-e label without picking an address.

Setup

  1. Add your Global-e Merchant ID under Settings → Integrations and turn it on.
  2. Create a return rule set to Managed by Global-e. No locations or methods to configure.
