Shipment Return Status added to Restock Rule as Condition

The restock inventory rule can now be applied at the return shipment status update in addition to claim finalization. Brands can leverage shipment return statuses like In Transit or Delivered to control when inventory is restocked. This provides more flexibility and accuracy in inventory management while returns are still in progress.
