Corso is a robust application with a powerful automation engine. Sometimes you want quick insight into a specific order for return and warranty eligibility. Introducing a rad little lookup tool that let's you know all the eligibility details along with which automation rules are being applied. After clicking on "Order Lookup" and looking up an order, click the "View Eligibility" button and breathe a breath of fresh air. No more wondering what happened.
