Corso now allows brands to edit every fee applied within a claim, including Apply or Waive a Fee, Return Shipping Fees, and Exchange Order Shipping. Previously only manually created fees were editable, but support teams can now adjust any fee up or down as needed. This gives brands more flexibility when resolving unique customer situations and helps ensure accurate totals throughout the returns and exchanges process.
